PHH has already partnered with New Mexico and Iowa and will be working with other states as their programs roll out. The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a part of the American Rescue Plan Act and its purpose is to provide financial assistance to struggling homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
